Recent Launches
At this exhibition, we are launching a next-generation crane along with two new models each in motor graders and mini excavators. These machines are primarily designed as export-oriented models, aligned with global standards and market requirements. In total, four new products are being unveiled as part of this launch.
New Products Under Development
We are currently working on higher-capacity crane models, specifically in the 25-tonne and above segment. In addition, we are developing new variants of mini excavators and are also exploring the introduction of truck-mounted crane models. These developments are part of our broader roadmap to strengthen and diversify our product portfolio.
Government Support for the Industry
The government’s strong focus on infrastructure development—including new roads, railways, and large-scale urban projects—has provided a significant boost to the construction equipment industry. Initiatives encouraging manufacturers to produce more within India have further supported domestic manufacturing. Collectively, these measures are enabling companies to invest more resources and effort into local production and technological advancement.
Future Outlook for the Construction Equipment Industry
Whether it is excavators or other construction equipment segments, India has substantial work ahead. With ongoing urbanisation, expanding infrastructure needs, and a growing population, the demand for construction machinery is expected to remain strong. The overall potential of the industry is significant, driven by the scale of development required across the country.
Key Areas of Focus and Technological Progress
The industry is witnessing considerable progress in areas such as electronic controls, remote machine operation, and automation. There is also growing emphasis on the development of battery-powered and electric equipment, along with more fuel-efficient systems. Enhancing operator safety and workforce protection remains a critical priority. These areas represent key focus points for the industry, and our organisation is actively working towards advancements across these domains.
25 Years of EXCON: Experience and Footfall
EXCON has evolved into one of the largest construction equipment exhibitions in India. We have been participating in the event for nearly two decades and have witnessed its consistent growth over the years. The exhibition has delivered strong value by enabling meaningful interactions with customers, suppliers, and vendors, making it an important platform for engagement and business development.
